Please note that violations related to excessive noise, parties, or occupancy restrictions may lead to eviction and fines up to $2,000/day. Whalers Investment Group, LLC maintains the right to terminate occupancy without a refund should any house rules or occupancy limits be breached.

House Rules:

• Quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Noise levels should respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
• Amplified sound beyond the property boundaries is strictly prohibited.
• Please park vehicles only in designated areas; street parking is not allowed.
• No gatherings or parties are permitted outside of registered guests.
